Step by step

Open the Sell modal

Hit the 'New Sale' button to open the full POS interface. Products load instantly from your catalog.

Add products to the cart

Search by product name, SKU, or scan a QR/barcode. Batch-enabled products let you pick the specific batch and expiry.

Apply discounts and taxes

Set a percentage or fixed discount per item. VAT and withholding tax are calculated automatically based on your shop settings.

Select payment method

Accept cash, card, mobile money, or a mix. Enter the amount tendered and the system calculates the change instantly.

Issue receipt

Print a thermal receipt, or view the full receipt with itemized VAT and order totals. A unique order number is generated automatically.

Cash, card, and mobile money accepted per order. Split payments across methods are supported.

Order Management

View, edit, and delete orders from the Orders page. Full order history with cashier name, customer, products, and payment method.

Professional Receipts
