Add your products

Create products with name, SKU, category, cost price, selling price, VAT status, and image. Import in bulk via the product catalog.

Assign to warehouses

Map each product to one or more warehouses. Set the quantity in each location. Each warehouse tracks its own stock independently.

Enable batch tracking

For perishables or regulated goods, enable batch mode. Each batch has its own quantity, cost, and expiry date.

Monitor stock health

The product status widget on the dashboard shows in-stock, low-stock, and out-of-stock counts at a glance.

Transfer between warehouses

Move stock from one warehouse to another using the Transfer Product modal. All movements are logged with the employee name and timestamp.
