Sukbay is where you find shops in Ethiopia and order from them. Shop owners run their business with the Sukbay shop management system; you can read about it at https://about.sukbay.com.

Use the search box on sukbay.com to search by shop name, product or hashtag, or open the Shops page to see every shop. Each shop has its own page with its address, phone and products.

Open a product, choose any options such as size or colour, add it to your cart, choose delivery or pickup, and place the order. You can look around without an account, but you need to sign in or create an account to order.

Pay at the shop, or send money to the shop's Telebirr or bank account and attach a screenshot as proof when you order. The shop checks the payment and confirms your order. Some shops take orders by phone only and show a Call button.

It depends on the shop. At checkout you can choose delivery or pickup where the shop offers them; delivery fees are set by the shop.

Open Orders. An order moves from Pending to Confirmed, then Ready for pickup, and finally Delivered or Picked up. You get a notification at each step.

The shop chose not to show the price online. Call the shop to ask for the price and order.

Open a shop and press Follow. Press the heart on a product to save it to your favourites, which you can organise into collections.

Enter a shop's promo code at checkout for its discount. If a shop offers share rewards you can earn by sharing its products with friends.

Yes. Use sukbay.com in your phone's browser or install the Sukbay app from Google Play. In the app you can browse shops as a guest and sign in only when you want to order.

No. Sukbay is free for shoppers. Only shop owners pay for the shop management dashboard, after a free 30-day trial.
